Shades of Red

One of my students asked me if I could help her paint glass.  Well, I had never painted glass so I took it as a challenge to myself.  The one thing I would say about painting it is–you have to take time to really observe all the different values and hues within the glass.  Here is my results.  A 16×20 oil on canvas.
