Chickadee dee dee
We all are very familiar with the call of the chickadee one of our friendly birds. This painting was done from a photo by Claire Dawson Talbot. I loved the contrast of the bokeh of the bright bittersweet background and the sharp focus of the chickadee. The painting is a 5×7 oil painting on gessobord.
